Help! How Can I Change My Login Name?

Please help, I can't change my Login Name( I have written the subject of my email instead of my Login Name) I have to change the Author name for myself.

Hi Molly. That's a good question. Suppose a user wants to change his\hers nick or email. Is there an easy way to do that? This may not be wise because if someone hijacked your user and changed it you'd be powerless to prevent it, but maybe there should be an interface for asking this from the admin so that people don't post messages for this.
Also, I'd love it if it were possible to upload icons into the library on your server (a personal library for each user). You could limit the files to small files and certain types. Since your server already holds a lot of attachments, I think the amount of space this will take would be fairly insignificant.

1 - To change your login name, you need to edit your NI User Profile.
You can do that by going to www.ni.com/profile and choosing Modify Profile. The Alias field is the one you will want to change.

2 - I will update the community on the ability to save the icon files for you as soon as I hear back whether we can accommodate that or not.
