I see while viewing other's profile our private messages are listed this is totally irrelevant so it would be better to keep it hidden as like other informations of our's.

The best solution is the one you find it by yourself
I am not sure what you mean by hiding information since nobody else can view your PMs. I suggest clicking the setting to only show unread messages in the widget, gets rid of it most of the time.
