How do I access the ISA port from a Pentium based SBC runnnig DOS

I have replaced my 486 SBC with a Pentium and now I cannot access the ISA bus the way I use to for digital acquisition. Using DOS I could query my hardware and now it seems as if the base address for ISA has moved.

I think it has something to do with the fact that with the new chipset the ISA is remoted through a PCI bus internal to the chipset and therefore ISA occupies a different space. I'm looking for a way to find the new ISA base address and access it while running DOS on my new single board computer.

Is there a way to query the computer and find out where ISA is via DOS or are there other techniques I should consider?

The best way to ga about that is to contact the Computer vendor.
