How to contact NI's engineer in US?

I am NI's 5+ years user and I have questions about new purchased SG04. The replys from NI's engineer in my country for my question, which is automatically forward to engineer in my country, can not solve the "simple" problem. I am wasting time day by day. What I need to do if the engineer can't give right answer? Thanks.

While you are correct that NI Support Engineers around the world support the questions asked in the discussion forums, your question about the SG04 is being handled by the US team.

We have internal procedures for escalation of issues from any NI Support Engineer around the world all the way up to the R&D engineers, so in theory it shouldn't matter who is handling your question because it should go up the chain until there is a solution. I understand that in practice things aren't this simple. I will see what I can do internally to get this issue resolved for you.
