LabVIEW crash reports page fails

When investigating LabVIEW crashes it tries to open an NI page. After login, I get a page similar to this:

I am the Product Owner for the crash reporting functionality inside of LabVIEW. You mentioned that you were investigating a LabVIEW crash and you ended up on that page. I am not sure how you would have gotten to that page from our crash dialogs. Can you share the steps that you took to get there so that we can debug this issue more?

In addition to the question below, I heard from the team responsible for that page that there was a system issue over the last couple of days that may have caused the issue you reported. It was fixed around 7pm CT of 4 March 2025.

I'm not sure if this is still relevant, as the issue is solved.

When LV starts with a crash report (from the previous session) I simply choose to investigate (first option IIRC), and then OK. That opens a login page (form NI), and after the login the shown site.
