Hi Laura,

Is it possible to post Leaderboard as .csv file at the end of the year ?

or how works this stuff "Leaderboard" under my profile settings

i can switch from right to bottom but nothing seems working or i am just to stuip ?

No not you! (Lithium maybe )

The seeting you see in your profile has a mis-leading name and is currently being used to control the location of most Kudos or something.

Laura can you get an update on this fix from Lithium?

When will the real laeder board be implemented?

Hi everyone,

There are two things we call Leaderboards.  The first is the .csv file I used to post which was a spin off of Chilly Charly's E-list from quite awhile ago.  That leaderboard is generated by me, Lithium has nothing to do with it.  I used a VI to access some internal backup data to generate the file. The file started getting too big and I could no longer run the VI.  I had a VI using a new method of making the leaderboard created, but the person working on it switched roles at NI.  I am now trying to find someone to pick it up as a side project to finish it off.  I am certain this won't happen by the end of the year.  I will try to pursue this more aggressively in the new year. 

The other leaderboards are the Kudos leaderboards - both the Top Kudoed Messages and Top Kudoed Authors modules are considered Leaderboards.  They are found on the right side of the forums.ni.com main page and at the bottom of all the individual boards.  The Tag Cloud also is considered a leaderboard in your Preferences - The three of these modules will show up in whatever location you have set in your profile.  There is one more built-in leaderboard that I don't have turned on and that is a tagging leaderboard.  

I hope that clears up the confusion.  Really it's me you are waiting on and not Lithium.  The Leaderboard files we generate have been difficult to maintain even in the early days when CC did it.  In order to get us great new features, Lithium makes changes in the forums which need to be taking into account or in this latest case, we have such a strong, thriving community that it grew too large for my original method.
