I wonder if it is possible to make the average rating on the tip strip a bit more realistic when hovering over the stars.

The values should be rounded to 1 decimal digit, not truncated.

For example, e.g. Ben and tst are very close to 4.9, but they show as 4.8. They should show as 4.9. 🙂

I seem to flicker between 4.8 and 4.9 every few weeks. 😮 (I always thought that I am more consistent than that.)

Now if Pitt used the same approach I would have been Suma instead of Magna. Smiley Wink

Look Out Grand Wizard! we're snapping at your heals.

It looks like have thanks to distribute to those have helped by giving out stars. It seems like just yesterday (or maybe two years ago) when CC was toying with the idea of pushing me down below the 4.5 mark when the "Exchange" was converted into the "forum".

"Thanks for all of the fish, errr... stars!"

Hi Altenbach,

Did this behavior just change?  I thought when I checked this before when first making the LeaderBoard, the ratings tip strip worked the way I expected - i.e. rounded up.

Thanks,
Laura

No, as long as I can remember, it always truncated the numbers to 1 decimal digit. e.g. 4.899999 would always show as 4.8.
