Everyone's Kudos weight is the same (1). At some point I removed that section from the help, but it obviously turned itself back on. I have it on my list to update the help file again and perhaps an explanation about the ranks would be a good reason.
For now I can't link the rank bars to anything, but I will make a suggestion to Lithium.
