The load time of the reply window is rather long, somewhat of 10-15 seconds (either at home or at the office). With this feature we will never be able to get into the reach of Dennis/Altenbach/BenLaura could something be done about this? Ton

The slow down period appears to be during "lunch time" (Eastern time zone). That's why I suspected the local network.
