it is great for your purpose, you select the part you want to capture, start the tool (Tools->Code Capture Tool), review your setting (FP-none, BD-selected, Clipboard-FileName), finish the capture.
Then you switch over to your internet browser, in the file dialog you past the file name from the clipboard and the file is attached.

Ton, if you want to be able to easily paste that text, you can just set a macro in your preference section. They are available as a drop-down box in the editor.

Just found a bug in the forum software, a message only containing a macro will be empty.
