For some strange reason, Firefox appears to provide a better experience on this website as compared to IE6. So whenever I visit this site, I now use Firefox.
For instance, the refresh rate is better, meaning that when I press the reply button and start typing, I don't have to use the mouse and click in the edit window and re-type whatever I had written, which occurred most of the time with IE6.

That's probably because IE6 is very old (I believe it first came out in 2001) and not very good. I've been using IE7 for quite some time and this also happens with IE8, which only came out last week and uses a new rendering engine, so it should probably not be a browser issue.
For LAVA, IE8 is actually a lot faster than Firefox used to be, but I'm running IE8 on a new PC, so I don't know how fair the comparison is.

I hope so as well. Unfortunately, I don't think we changed anything so I don't know why it might be getting better.
I appreciate your patience.
Thanks,
Laura

I also noticed that the forum page loading speed had improved over the past month. I thought some maintenance had been made.
-strange- (that there was no site maintenance...)
Well, at least it's an improvement 😉

I shouldn't have spoken. This just happened again several times in the last few minutes.
Ray, you should note that the issue is not with the loading speed. It loads fast, but just stops loading in the middle of the page.
I can say that I've also seen this a couple of times on LAVA, and since no one else complained, it's probably an issue on my side somewhere, but it's weird that it happens almost exclusively with the forums.
