Yes, that would be great.  An no need to show us our own gallery.

I don't want to toss the baby with the bath water.

Fix the image gallery so

1) We can't delete linked images

2) We can browse an image gallery and find the original thread.

#2, once implemented will give us yet another tool to improve our postings.

Just thought I'd throw in my 2 cents:

I dont find the image gallery too useful. And images take up quite a bit of memory.

I think NI should save the space on their servers and just get rid of the image galleries.
