What is going on with NI.com?

For the last couple of years when I renew our company's SSP, I have to contact NI to get the media. Annoying but manageable. This year, I wanted to drop our mathscript module and add the DIAdem package.  That little quote took a service ticket to get right.

Great! I got management approval for the quote, place the order based on the quote, and ... got a sales order with the mathscript still in place and no DIAdem.  WTF!   Has NI degraded into a crappy company?  What happened to the company of 5 years ago when I could order and feel assured I had great service? 

Is anyone else have issues with NI and their increasing incompetency?
