community login problems

Hi,

how can I login into NI community?

While I can login into NI Forum without any problems I can't in NI Community.

When switching from forum to community my account is not taken over, it says "Guest Anmelden oder Registrieren" (yes, German).

When selecting "Anmelden" (Login) the login screen is presented. After providing email/password it just presents "You must complete your account before continuing."

WTH?

"Continue" doesn't continue.

"Send me a new confirmation email" doesn't work, I don't receive emails.

Trying to create a new account fails because my email address is already known in the database.

Resetting the password doesn't work: it neither opens a dialog nor do I receive any confirmation emails...

So I know I have a login for the NI community (I'm a member of the UI Interest group) but I'm not able to use the community!?

How to use it then?

I'm working with FF20.0.1 on Win7...

I had the opposite problem, I could not log into the Discussion Forums, but could log into the Community. This was down to some issues as explained in another thread in the Feedback Forum.
