i can't add attachments

can someone help me because i can't add attachments to my posting. i was able to do it before but i am not able to do it anymore. can someone please help me out? everytime i click on add attachments, the site bring me back to the message subject and the window to browse for the file did not popped up.

 First you need to click on "add attachment", then you need to click on the [browse...] button that will appear. Did you? (you did not say you did!)

If it still does not work, try the following:

• Use a different browser. What browser are you currently using?
• Clear your browser cache
• Change your browser security settings (e.g. back to defaults).
• If you have personal security software, try with security software disabled.
• If you are behind a corporate firewall, see if they block certain traffic.

i am using mozilla. everytime i click on add attachments, the pop window to browse for the file does not pop up. it always bring me back to where i am now...here..trying to type things... but no pop up windows. i also have tried clearing out everything and that didnt work. and i have posted many postings with this computer before and the same setting..

As I said, nothing should happen when you click on "add attachments" except the apperance of a [browse...] button near the link. What happens if you click that button?

yeah..nothing happens when i click on it. not even the appearance of the browse button.

What's your browser version? If a newer version available, have you tried upgrading?   Do you have any add-ons such as script blockers, etc.?

i just upgraded to mozilla 3.0.5 and it didn't solved my probem. i dont think i have any script blocker on..

i tried clicking on "add Attachments" into a new window but that didnt work i also tried to NOT HAVE POP UP BLOCK ENABLED but that didnt work either.. i have no clue what is going on.. i tried using internet explorer and it said that ERROR on page on the very button to the left cornver.

Please make sure that you have Live Edits enabled in your forum profile:

 

If it is not enabled, the page may not be able to show you the browse button.

yyeah..its enabled. but i am still having problems..
