New ones eem to work but all of the old!!!!
Looking at the source makes it easy to see why this happens:

img src="http://forums.ni.com/ni/attachments/ni/130/4327/1/jockomo.gif" border="0" />
The top link doesn't work because someone added a new level of hierarchy (the "ni" before the attachments) which breaks all the existing links.

By the way, to quote Rolf "bad, bad, bad!".
Laura, this HAS to be fixed (read "reverted" ) and it should be done before people create many links which use the new structure.
If you keep it this way you're breaking probably tens of thousands of links, not just in this site, but in other sites pointing to it.

I have to agree with tst.
Please restore the backup before too many new posts are lost.

For about 10 seconds I saw some of the emoticons working along with avatars.
Darrens image for his Nugget were still bad.
After a refresh they aren't working again.

Avatars not on NI seem to have survived. Aristos Queue's avatar is showing up OK.

Ben, I'm not saying that there is a need to revert to backup, just to change the directory structure back to the old one.
As long as the new structure remains, any embedded image which points to a link built with the old structure will not work, and that includes avatars.

I have questions about if the tag setting to show the tags at the bottom. That settings does not seem to make a difference.

Thanks Yair!
I'm back!

Just so everyone understands, this was different maintenance than that we have planned for this weekend.
I am working on the embedded images, so hang in there.
Thanks,
Laura
