NI is not accepting bug report for LabVIEW anymore?

Is the bug database full?

I'm guessing it's probably not a "community" issue. But I'm sure I'm not the only one in this situation.

My NI sales contact is informed, has been for a few month now.

I triple checked, i was putting my correct serial number.
