I've just noticed that the online service request manger - ni.com/ask - has been crippled : it is no longer possible to attach files to support...
Why??
When is it going to come back?
We have two ears and one mouth so that we can listen twice as much as we speak.

digital support team as reproduced the issue, it only affects people located in none english speaking regional zones.
a fix is on the way.
