"Replied…" notification before writing an own message?

now I received a notification for a reply of the OP of a discussion thread:

The problem is: I wrote my own message in this thread at 08:36 PM - six minutes after I received an answer!?

Some kind of time loop?

I apologize for the delayed response. It looks like the user posted 9 minutes before you. I'm not sure what might have caused the delay. Maybe network connection. Are you still seeing this issue?

not specifically this problem. But there are other problems as reported here…
