sticky private message

Hi,

three days ago I received a private message https://forums.ni.com/t5/notes/privatenotespage - but no matter how long or how often I display it (for the administrators: the most recent one), the new message indicator does not disappear.

All previous messages behaved as expected, after reading the notification (1) disappeared.

I think you need to actively click it. If you only look at it in the preview pane it does not register as viewed in my experience.
