strange pre-Year 2K bug look

As of today, using internet explorer 8 on windows XP, NI Forums page displays a vertical, center justified list of links. Any of the links lead to a page formatted likewise...

Chrome displays the page correctly, so does Firefox, so life is possible, but what gives?

Does it go away if you close that browser and reopen it or if you clear your cache?

For troubleshooting purposes, can you get the exact browser version from Help > About and also do a View Source and copy the results in a text file and upload it?
