I have a piece of field point hardware to return to you for evaluation. My software engineer informs me that it is broken. It is a cFP2200.

You need to contact the NI offices to get a return request. The NI website has a link to requesting service under its support menu.

The website for NI is a little deceiving. It directed me here even though I was trying to submit a request for an RMA number to return the unit to the manufacturer for repair. Thanks for the guidance.
