Channel problem with AI-110

There are eight channel in AI-110 (0-7).

I have already connect the positive input to terminal 1 and the negative to terminal 18 for channel 0.

But I can't read the data at channel 0, 

just read the channel at the all channel, why?

Can you give some further clarification on your question? 1. Where are trying to read the data? 2. What do you mean by "just read the channel at the all channel"? With this clarification, we should be able to resolve this problem.
