Damaged cFP-2020, IP address does always resetting

I did try to configure my cFP-2020 and the feildpoint explorer always return an unconfigured status.

I double check the reset switch.

I am able to contact the module with my ethernet connection but it's alwals resetting...

All the other modules are working good.

I need to return a damaged module for evaluation and I need a return number for shipping
