Error 33163

I am getting Error 33163, The connection to the module has been broken. I am trying to communicate with the FP-1600 via LAN cabling. I have upgraded the FP-1600 firmware. I am direct connected with a crossover cable. I've tried a different NIC card. I have double checked the IP addresses. Anyone else experience this or have any ideas?

First try Pinging the device from the command prompt.
