FP-AO-210 module shows high current leds

We have been using a process control system for over a year which employs, among other modules, an FP-AO-210 to supply a 0-10 v stiumulus voltage to a DC power supply for the purpose of controlling the output level of the DC power supply.

On last Wednesday I started getting I/O errors when talking to this module (error 33492) when, literally, none had ever occurred before, and the over current leds on the channels producing the errors were dimly glowing on the FP-AO-210 module, erratically, never fully on, but varying in brightness from off to sort of half on.

We have measured the current being drawn from the modules by the stimulus input on the DC power supply and it is a small fraction of a milli amp, well below the 1 ma
rating on the module

Are there any know problems with this module? We have not changed our hardware/wiring setup in months

Thanks.
