Hello:
To properly debug this issue, we need to simplify the setup. Start by connecting ONLY the FP-1000 and 1 FP-TC-102 module. Verify that this works. If it does, switch out FP-TC-102 modules one by one to make sure they all work. Then check that the FP-1001 works with just one module. If all of this works, then build up the FP-1000 with all of its modules but not the FP-1001 attached. Now does this work? etc. Pay special attention to the connection between modules, etc. Start with the most basic setup and work your way up from there.
If you do find a bad module or controller, please contact National Instruments Support (www.ni.com/support) to get that part repaired.
Good Luck!
Sincerely,
