I'm currently in China, within 24hours I fly back home.
I want to be able to ftp from MAX, from the pc which is connected to the Realtime target.
So I can remotely change LV programs from Belgium and ftp them from the pc in China to the target.
FTP is possible on my development machine because I have LV RT installed.
But it s not available on the other machine that will stay here in china.
Please explain what I need to install on the pc that stays here.
I have the installation DVD of LV 861 with me.

2. FTP
3. Open name or ip address of the fieldpoint
4. Enter ? to get a list of all the commands you can use.

Hey all,
Customer called in to the office as this was an urgent issue.
Using a separate FTP client was not the preferred option for the customer as he would like to manage several cFP system from a Remote Desktop Connection.
On the Remote Desktop PC, which is at the same location as the cFP systems, no LabVIEW or LabVIEW Real-Time will be installed. It will only have the needed drivers, including MAX.
To install the MAX FTP Client, you can simply browse to a folder of the LabVIEW Real-Time DVD.
On the LabVIEW 8.6.x platform DVD's, you can find it on the following location:
<DVD>\Distributions\Real-Time\Products\LabVIEW_FTP_Client
Once installed, the customer immediately had the "File Transfer" option in the shortcut menu of the Remote Target device in MAX.
