Fieldpoint analog output rate for cFP-2200 and cFP-AIO-610

I am in the process of building my application and have the following question.  I intend to use the AIO-610 to control a mosfet style electronic load, acting as a resistor.  My question is how fast can I change the AIO-610 output value?  Is 50-100 ms reasoable?  If it can be set at a faster rate, I don't think it would be of a benefit due to my AI sampling issues.

According to the website, the AIO-610 has an update rate of 1.4 kS/sec.  So it should be able to update at less than 1 millisecond.
