How to wire externally powered current loop transcucer ti AI-110

I have the AI-110 fieldpoint module inserted in a current loop between a 15VDC transformer and a peizoelectric pressure transducer. However, when I plug the transformer in, all channels except the open ones go out of range high. The open channels put out a currrent in range. How else should I be inserting the FP module

Could you explain more about how you have this circuit wired and what the transformer is doing in the circuit? Is this pressure transducer outputting a voltage or a current (most are voltage)?
