In Executable FP Write works, but FP Read gives error 32812 (tag not found)

I am trying to get an executable version of my code to run on another machine and I have been slowly working the bugs out. The executable runs well on the machine on which it was developed, but I get an error when I try to run it on another computer.

I was getting error 32812 (specified tag name was not found) when I tried to write to any FieldPoint devices. Then I updated the Fieldpoint drivers to version 4.1 and it started working until I tried to read from a FieldPoint device. Now I get the same error at FP Read instead of FP Write.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have narrowed the problem down to the FP-QUAD-510 module. The problem seems to be that when I try to open the IAK file on the computer that doesn't have LabVIEW installed on it the position 0 to 3 channels do not show up under the encoder device in the data neighborhood. Both computers have the same version of Measurement & Automation Explorer, as well as the same version FieldPoint Drivers.

I can't figure out why the Position channels won't show up.
