Do you have a TB-3 terminal base for the FP-TC-120? The CJC thermistor is embedded in the TB-3. If you do not have the TB-3 terminal base then that is the issue, if you do then you should try swapping the TB-3 with another one if you have it. Otherwise it sounds like the TB-3 CJC is broken. You can do an RMA by calling 1-877-493-2406.

The CJC sensor is built into all FieldPoint Terminal bases. A bad reading on the CJC sensor will normally be the result of either bent pins on the FP-TC-120 or a bad terminal base. It is more likely to be the terminal base. Try swapping terminal bases to see if the problem follows the IO module or the terminal base.
This answer is incorrect. All I/O module terminal bases (FP-TB-1, FP-TB-2, and FP-TB-3) have a CJC sensor. Likewise, the cFP-CB-1 and cFP-CB-3 connector blocks also have the CJC sensor.
