Hi All,
In my setup I have two cFP-2120 and one cFP-1804.Out of 2 cFP-2120s, one will communicate to I/O bank over ethernet and another will communicate serially (RS-485).
The problem that I am facing is intermittent serial communication (error code is "32828"). every day atleast I am getting 7 to 10 I/O serial errors where as no I/O Ethernet errors.
I have seen another thread which describes reasons for error 32828. Could you please explain in brief regarding the below.
-The complete read request did not get sent by the PC. (what are the reasons for this, any timeout configurations will help?)
-Enough of the read request from the PC was garbled or corrupted that the network module did not recognize it as a read request.
-The network module did get the request, but the response was garbled or not received.
Any other suggestions apart from above would be really appreciated.
