MAX displays are different on different PCs

My apologies for posting this in the FP forum, but I couldn't find anywhere for MAX directly and the question relates to MAX displays of a cfp remote system.

When I monitor a remote cfp with MAX from my desktop, I get a different display from MAX running on the PC that is physically near the cfp.

They are both running the same version of MAX.4.1.0.3001

The one PC shows the boards in the cfp and five some channel information (they are all 16-input analog cards).

My PC doesn't show that.  I can get the data neighborhood, which provides similar information.  But I cannot get the same display.

Any ideas are appreciated.

I would suggest that you post some jpeg's of the screenshots from each machine.

I was speaking with NI support on a different issue and asked them about it.

Apparently, a file type of a .IAK can be generated based on the cfp configuration and stored on a local PC.

That file is then accessed when MAX reads the device.  That is the difference in the display.
