Once in a while all channels read a false value

I am using a FP-1000, a FP-TB-10 with 2 FP-AI-V10's, 2 FP-AI-V50m's, FP-AO-V10, FP-RLY-420,FP-DI-330.
The FieldPoint IO.vi runs continuously. Once in a while (20 - 40 hrs typical) FP outputs a set of readings on all channels which -converted to bits- is the same on all channels. In that case it reads 3051 (out of 4095).
How come?

Hi,

First of all check if you have in the FP-1000 module the latest firmware revision, you can find and download the latest one from

http://digital.ni.com/softlib.nsf/websearch/B7A74E15BC745634862569E6006A44F0?opendocument&node=132060_US

If you do have the latest firmware revision for the FP-1000 check what is the revision of your FP-TB-10, if you have another FP-TB-10 try with the newer one and check if the behavior also is presented.
This behavior hasn't been reported yet to National Instruments and if the firmware and hardware revision are the latest one should not be happening. If after all the behavior is still shown, please get in touch National Instruments technical support.

Best Regards

Replacement of the FP-TB-10 has solved the problem.
