Reading and communication with FP-1000

I have a trouble a communication with FP-1000, i have reading datas from some FieldPoint modules in my program application, when i am starting to monitoring i can read these datas, but after some period of time the fp-100 sends the same value to my program application, for a long time. i have been monitoring all day and more.
this trouble appear mani time during my monitoring, for some period of time, after that i can read well datas.
i have checked the datas from FieldPoint Explorer and i have seen the same problem.
Is the FP-1000 communication is failed?
wich one is the best solution?

Are you getting an error message? What's the length of your serial cable? What's your baud rate? Have you tried a lower baud rate? Are you sure the value is changing? What's your deadband setting? Did it always do this? When did it start doing this?

Hopefully the answers to some of these questions can point you in the right direction.
