Using Windows PC as Time server configuration in MAX for cFP-2200, time is one hour behind

Hi. 

I set the time server field in MAX to the IP of my windows machine. When the windows machine is in DST (as it is now), the time on the cFP is always one hour behind what the windows PC is, even if I check "auto adjust for daylight savings." If I set the windows PC to a date before DST, the time on the cFP is the same as the windows PC. I need the time to match whether DST or not.

I have a workaround which I will be using which involves programmatically querying our database every 24 hours to sync time with that and then using the RT set time functions to set the time and date. I will probably just go this route even if a solution is found for the time server issue I was having. However, I would still like to find out how or why the time server issue was happening.
