The All tag is a multiple item tag for an I/O Module. An All tag is created in FieldPoint Explorer for any I/O module that has all of the channels of the same datatype. For the FP-TC-120, the All tag represents the 8 input channels (array elements 0 through 7) and the CJC Sensor (array element 8).
Depending upon what interface you are using (LabVIEW, Lookout, BridgeVIEW, LabVIEW-DSC, OPC, or LabWindows/CVI) you may or may not be able use the All tag, or multi-channel tags (configurable via FieldPoint Explorer). The primary restriction will be if the interface supports numeric arrays.
As for what you use the All tag for, you can use it to monitor all of the channels on the FP-TC-120 at a single time, rather than making successive reads for each channel.
