Why does my FP-AI-110 only read 1.5 volts no matter what the input voltage

I have a FP system with eight modules. Two modules are AI-110. When I connect a voltage of 5 volts on any of the channels of the AI module I only get 1.5 volts read in MAX. I've set the voltage range to 0-10.5. The Module is an FP2000. I also have a similar system next to it that does not have any problem. I've also swapped out the AI modules and Terminal bases. It just looks like my scale is wrong. Could this be a software issue in the FP2000's? I'm out of ideas.

Hello Fridge,

It appears that your FP-AI-110 modules need to be repaired. More than likely, the modules will respond correctly to voltages less than 1.5V, but any voltage greater than 1.5V will just appear as 1.5V.
