Why is the FieldPoint Channel Configuration lost?

The values of the TS-1 channel within my FieldPoint configuration returns improper data values. It is as if the format of the channel is not properly retained. To correct it I have to open the FPX and open the FP Res1 comm item. I then have to right click FP-AI-100 @1. In the resulting dialog box I have to click Channel Configuration. I then select channel 4. The channel information still correctly shows -6 to 6 volts. I just click Apply button without changing anything. Then OK out of each level. The channel then returns the correct data values.
Even after saving my configuration at times when the system reboots this one particular channel returns incorrect data values. How can I correct this so that this channe
l's configuration is properly retained.

Further information concerning my posted problem. I noticed that when the data values are wrong at the point I click Channel Configuration I get the dialog box attached. At the time I do not get this dialog box it appears the data values are correct.

Rick,

In FieldPoint Explorer, right click on the network module (e.g. FP-1000 @0) and choose Edit This Device. There is a checkbox labeled "Factory Configuration", uncheck the box. While the box is checked, any power cycle (or reset command) sent to the network module, reboots the entire system and the network module uses the factory default configuration values for each module rather than the settings that you have saved. By unchecking the box, on the next power cycle or reset, the network module will configure all of the modules with the settings you have chosen (User settings).
