All of these products are obsolete, so I would like to confirm if I upgrade Labview to the latest version then would these controllers work with it?

None of those are controllers, they are just modules.
You need to let us know what controller (or network module) you are using with these.
They should still work as long as you have a supported controller or network module.

The network module that I am using is FP-1601. Will this work with the latest version of LabView? If not, then how should I proceed?

LabVIEW 2011 is the last version that includes support for the FP-1601.
