cFP-2020 Won't boot fully after software upgrade.

Hello,

My company recently received our Labview 7.0 upgrades along with Measurement & Automation Explorer 3.0. I was playing around with new Fieldpoint explorer and noticed that the software on my cFP-2020 controller was out of date. I upgraded all of the software on the contoller and now it won't boot fully. The four ABCD lights stay lit and the ready lights on my modules will not light up which makes so that I can't communicate with any of them. The only that has changed with my setup is the fact that I upgraded the software on the controller and that is all.

Thanks

Derek,

It sounds like something went wrong in that software update. I'd recommend calling National Instruments for technical support in resolving this issue. There are a lot of questions that the engineers will have in working out a solution to your issue.

Thanks for the reply. I figured it out, I had Labview RT 6.1.1 still on my computer and the rest of the drivers were meant for RT 7.0 so I finally figured out how to get 6.1.1 off of my computer and upgraded it to 7.0 then I reinstalled the software on the 2020 now everything works fine.

Thank You
