the Replication and Deployment (RAD) Utility should be what you need.

i would like to recovery a image but now the controller is dead, status led is orange and any operation of reset fail 😞

Given the situation, I'm afraid the only thing you can do is run the RAD source code and check on the error wire which kind of error occurs, maybe in this way you can figure out what the problem is. But I can assure you nothing, unfortunately.
