It would appear that you hardware is working properly if the power and ready LED's are lit on all I/O modules. That shows that the FP-1600 has recognized the modules on the bus.
After you have found the FP-1600 in Remote System Explorer and you select it, make sure that you click on the "Find Devices" button of the Comm Resource Configuration dialog window.
If FieldPoint explorer only shows the FP-1600 at that point, you may want to remove power from the bank, remove all but 1 of your I/O modules and try again to see if you can detect one module at a time.
Lastly, it is unlikely, but you may need to update the firmware for the FP-1600 in order to recognize the I/O modules that you have. You can reference the following tutorial for information on ho
w to determine your current firmware version as well as an upgrade process. The most current revision of the firmware is 416 which would come with Fieldpoint Explorer 3.0.2.
