Hello:

This is an un-documented error that you should not be seeing. What version of NI-FieldPoint are you using? The latest version (4.0.1), which is available for free download on www.ni.com/support/, does have a fix in it from version 4.0 which should get rid of this error. Are you using the GetConfigInfo.vi or the embedded FP example? If so, this is probably your problem. Upgrade to 4.0.1 and see if that removes the problem.

Found it. This error is created when building an application which uses the FP 4.0 dll and the target machine for the *.exe has FP 3.0.2 installed.

I installed FP 4.0 on the target PC and the problem went away.
