fieldpoint FP-RLY-422 does not change status

I am using Measurement Automation to run field point 4.1. I have 2 FP-RLY-422 in the field bank in one of the 422 at address 7 channel 1 the value on the screen shows as 1 if I write a 0 the relays goes on and stays that way until I do a reset. I can not change the value???

Are you exceeding the maximum switching capacity of the module? Page 573 of the 2004 NI Product Catalog gives the maximum and minimum specifications. If you remove whatever you have connected can you switch the relay in Measurement & Automation Explorer (MAX)? Did you try swapping the other FP-RLY-422 with this one and see if it behaves the same? Did you try swapping the terminal base (TB-1) and see if the problem follows the base? Otherwise it sounds like it may be an RMA. You can do an RMA by calling 1-877-493-2406.

Found the problem. I had all ready swaped terminal base for the 422 relay that had the problem and reinstall the software, trouble shoot my wiring and try another 422 relay with no change. I decide to remove one terminal base at a time and check each base I found that the terminal base 6 of 7 bases had a bend pin so I replaced it with a new one then proceed to check all terminal bases and found no more error.
That one bend pin was the problem. Thanks for your help.
