Hi Soup-

If possible I would like to have you ship your controller to me so that I can reload all of the necessary software and also test the problems you've been seeing to diagnose and correct.  At this point it makes more sense for me to contact you directly, so if you wouldn't mind posting the easiest way to get in touch with you (email, etc) I'll be happy to help get you back up and running.

Hi Soup-

I was able to start with a clean Windows machine and a formatted controller and install all software needed to run the controller. Please give these steps a try:

Install LabVIEW 8.0

Install FieldPoint 5.0 from the web installer, and manually enable the installation of LabVIEW 8.0 Real-Time support in addition to LabVIEW 8.0 support

Use the MAX interface to install all available components to the controller.

If you plan to use the controller with other versions of LabVIEW you should also explicitly enable LabVIEW Real-Time support in the NI-FieldPoint installer as these options will not install by default unless you actually have the LabVIEW Real-Time module installed.
