Thanks for your answer, but my problem is more complecated, the FP2000 is alone not on a local subnet, it is connected to internet that's all. I need a static IP adress to re-synch, our local net in the office has a dynamic ip address. In fact I was loking for some site, (may be provided by NI?) with a static IP address where I can connect and re-synch without that after half a year of continuous measurements I will have lost or winn) several hours may be.

Eric,

You could also use the SetTimeData.VI to programmatically set the Time and date on a FP-20xx FieldPoint Network module. This way you could us any time service, as long as you are able to parse out the time and date information. You can find the SetTimeDate VI at the following web site:
