i have two problem with a field point system
y have a FP-1000, 4 FP-AI-100, 1 FP-CTR-500 and 2 FP-TC-120, it works good por a time but i find two problems
1.when I turn off the pc and the field point system i lost the configuration of the FP-TC-120, I have it whit 6 termocuples, when I start the system again the fielpoint show the information of the termocuples as mv, when i go to channel configuration, field point explorer show a message showing that the wardware configuration dont match the file configuration, and ask what configuration i like to use, file or wardware, if I reload file configuration the system works good and show the values in °C but when I shut down the fielpoint system the hardware configuration of the FP-120 is res
et and i need to reload manualy the file configuration, how i can fix it?

2.I found that 2 terminal bases are wrong, if i use it i lost all signals of all the system,I check the base and their conection and all are good, i dont now what kind of problem can damage the bases, i need to know the causes of it to fix them, this fild points are exposed to hi vibrations, the vibrations could be the cause?

Hello,

Lets see if we can get these two questions figured out.

1.) I am not 100% on this, but I found a KnowledgeBase that seems to provide the solution for this problem. Please take a look at this KnowledgeBase. Also, if you are using MAX and not FieldPoint Explorer, you can go Remote Systems>> Controller>> Bank, and then right click and select Apply configuration to bank.

2.) For information on the vibration specifications of FieldPoint Modules, please look here. As far as what could be the problem, I really do not know. You can try and fix them
yourself, which would void the warranty, or you could send at least on of them to us as an RMA. The RMA will provide notes as to what the problem was.

Just let me know if I misunderstood, or you have more questions about issue number one.

Best regards,
