updated from Win 98 to 2000, can't get Lookout to perform DAQ

Having difficulty with Lookout 4.0.1 following update of OS from Windows 98 to 2000. Using PCI 485 card to interface with Fieldpoint modules--with FP Explorer can monitor all outputs from system. However, can not get Lookout to interface with card for output measurement. When running with 98, had service manager available at start-up; do not have manager after start-up of 2000.

Since FieldPoint Explorer is working fine, the problem is most likely on the Lookout side of things. I would recommend posting this in the Lookout forum.

Do you get any error messages? It could be something as simple as the COM ports now being assigned different numbers than they had previously been assigned.
